Important Changes Effective January 1, 2026  

Valued exacqVision Customer,  

We are pleased to inform you about several important updates to our product offerings, effective January 1st, 2026.  These enhancements are designed to provide you with greater value, security, and convenience as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting your video management needs. 

Summary of Upcoming Changes 

• Built by Exacq NVRs: All new Built by Exacq Network Video Recorders (NVRs) will now include a Lifetime Software Subscription  Agreement (SSA), ensuring uninterrupted access to the latest features, security updates, and technical support at no additional cost 

• Illustra Cameras: Each Illustra camera will include an exacqVision  camera license at no additional cost, making it easier and more cost-effective than ever to integrate and deploy Illustra into your surveillance solutions. 

• Third-Party Cameras: We will provide a single Camera license for third-party Cameras at no additional cost, enabling seamless integration and continued support for a broader range of devices within your security ecosystem. 

Details of Updates  Lifetime SSA for NVRs: With the introduction of lifetime SSAs for Built by Exacq NVRs, you will benefit from no-cost access to critical software enhancements and support services for the life of your device. This ensures that your system remains secure, up-to-date, and fully supported without the need for annual renewals. 

Included Illustra Camera License: The inclusion of a free exacqVision camera license with every Illustra camera simplifies deployment and reduces  equipment costs, allowing you to maximize the value of your surveillance investment from day one. 

Included Third-Party SSA License: By offering a complimentary third-party SSA license, we are enhancing the interoperability and flexibility of your security infrastructure, giving you greater freedom to choose the devices that best meet your needs.
