Helpful Kantech Resource: Knowledge Exchange


Knowledge Exchange is a great resource that can be used to access technical content for Johnson Controls brands.


Some exciting features of Knowledge Exchange to note:

  • You do NOT have to log on to view documents in Knowledge Exchange. However, if you log on, you can access features such as My Searches, Bookmarks, Personal Books, and Collections.

  • You can search for a specific document which will appear in book, PDF, or topic form. Books and PDFs are full documents and topics are document sections.

  • You can save advanced searches to your My Searches page. You can also rename and add a document description if you choose. You are even able to active alerts to receive email updates if the content in your saved searches changes!

  • You can search for specific content within your document by searching key terms.
